eTerms and Conditions for Firearm Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 21 years of age or older to enter.
• Participants must be legal residents of the United States of America.
• The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Firearms and Accessory Supply, LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements

• Must have an Account setup on FASarms.com.
• Valid purchase(s) through  FASarms.com only.

3. Prize

• The prize is an AR15 with Optics and Accessories.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.
• All federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfer apply.
• The winner is responsible for completing all background checks and meeting all eligibility requirements for firearm ownership.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via Email / Phone within 48 hours of the drawing.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another winner will be selected.

5. Transfer and Ownership Requirements

• The firearm will only be transferred through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
• The winner must complete a background check and all necessary paperwork as required by law.
• If the winner fails the background check or cannot meet the legal requirements for firearm ownership, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

6. Taxes and Fees

• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, transfer fees, or other associated costs.
• Firearms and Accessory Supply, LLC will not cover any costs beyond the prize itself.

7. Liability Release

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold Firearms and Accessory Supply, LLC, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any liability, loss, or damages resulting from participation or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

8. Publicity Release

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Firearms and Accessory Supply, LLC to use their name, likeness, and any statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification

• Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification.
• Firearms and Accessory Supply, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraudulent activity or non-compliance.

10. Changes and Cancellations

• Firearms and Accessory Supply, LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, legal concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of Kansas, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

12. Agreement
